  Has to be one of the slackest councils in the state they hate spending money to fix roads, my street in Quandiallia has had a large pot hole for the last 3yrs now with the recent rain the hole hole is getting bigger & deeper. Council rangers & council employees always drive up & down the street they can see its there but they just drive around it. The council knows its there & they never come to fix it. They are slack with mowing council owned land they come out in the slasher drive over it once & do half a job & you dont see them again for another 12 months. The council owned lane behind my place is impassable in wet weather it needs grading & levelling out so the water dosent lay on top. They come every 12 months drive the grader over it once & leave it. but it dosent do anything the next lot of rain the water just lays in all the gullys.... i hope the merge with another council then things might get done even if rates do go up if the work gets done nobody will care about a rate rise
