  It is positioned in a fantastic location right in the middle of the Main Street. Less than a one minute walk to the new and impressive IGA grocery store, Grenfell Visitor Information Centre and Art Gallery, Cafe's, Pubs, Restaurants, Henry Lawson shrine, the extremely interesting Grenfell Museum and the wonderful Grenfell Chrysler Car Museum (1 of only 2 in Australia), plus much more.

  No matter what, you can never please everyone in life all the time. Unfortunately some people have a negative attitude giving them a negative outlook on life and should be ignored. If you are looking for a unique and historic country town with plenty to offer, Yes I recommend the Grenfell Motel. 5 ***** experience this time and every time.

  I have stayed at the Grenfell Motel many times over the last 20 years. Each and every stay I have always found the service, rooms and even the owners to be of a high standard for a small country town. Yes the rooms are clean, small and what you would expect from a small country town.

  Worst place I've ever stayed at... sink gurgling through the night. Shower drain blocked. Only three poeple staying in whole place and was stuck two nights was stuck next to person throwing up all night... i would recommend staying in car anyday before staying at this motel.

  The owner Is very hospitable and friendly and her son Terry is hilarious and both went out of their way to make my recent road trip with my son very pleasant. If you are looking for a good place to stay, with good old country hospitality, in a truely unique and historic country town, I can highly recommend the Grenfell Motel.

  I strongly suggest not driving through Grenfell without checking in to the Grenfell Motel, wondering around this truely historic town taking in all the historic buildings and history Grenfell has on offer.
