  This doctor is always anything up to 2hrs late getting to the surgery if you make a morning appointment it is guaranteed you will still be sitting there up to 2 hrs later waiting for him to arrive. A courtesy phone call from the receptionist would be good just asking do you still want the appointment as the DR is running late. how hard is that to do. some people travel up to 40 mins to go there & have a schedule to keep you dont know hes running late until you have arrived at the surgery. then the receptionist says he"s about half an late, but in reality its more like 2 hrs. If you have time to sit there go there but if like me you have a schedule to stick to & made an appointment at a certain time to fit that schedule Don't even contemplate it. and they wonder why people make appointments then don't turn up.This is the reason why.. the hours are supposed to be 9am -5pm but its more midday till 5pm.
